Songs for Kids to Grow On!

FAQ

If you can’t fine an answer to your question here, feel free to contact us!

“Streaming” or “Download”

Songs will “download,” but not “stream.”

When you purchase a song at Kidtunz.com, you will be given a “download” link (song title, underlined in blue) both in the purchase confirmation page and in an email.

When you click that link the song will “download.” It will not “stream,” i.e. begin playing automatically. Instead when you click, it will place the file in your “Downloads” folder (or some other place based on the settings of your computer or phone).

You can then play the downloaded mp3 file as many times as you want. There’s no need to continue to click the download link once the file is on your computer.

If you get a message that you’ve “hit the download limit,” that means you’ve clicked that link three times. If you need more downloads, email us and we’ll unlock the limit. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond. (It’s often quicker…)

Can I get a CD of a song?

How many times can I download my purchased song(s)?

iPhone: I can’t find my song on my phone?

iPhone settings will vary from person to person. In general, when you click the link from your iPhone to download the file, it may go to your iCloud account, to DropBox, or to Google Drive if you have any of those set up. We recommend you download to your computer first, then put it on your iPhone through iTunes.

Email us or call and we can walk you through that process.

However, the songs are registered with CCLI and are covered under their terms of use for the Church Copyright License.

What does “Split-Track” mean?

“Split-Trax Accompaniment” means the instruments will be in the left speaker and the voices in the right. This is useful for kids choirs who want to use the accompaniment for performance, but have control (through the sound system) of how much of the pre-recorded vocals are blended in to the sound coming from the P.A.

What are the format options I have?

Instruments Only – Accompaniment track without voices

Split-Trax Accompaniment – The instruments will be in the left speaker and the voices in the right.

Voices Only – It only includes the singers, no instruments
